Cancellation Policy

Phase: Project Booking

If the project cancellation request is received within 48 hours from order booking, then 100% refund will be provided.

Phase: Design in Progress

If the project cancellation request is received after 1 week or after site measurement (masking), whichever is earlier, then HCIPPL shall deduct 5% of project value as design & marketing cost. Balance amount shall be refunded.

Phase: Design in Progress

If the project cancellation request is received after starting the design & site masking (site work not started), then HCIPPL shall deduct all booking amount or 10% of project value, whichever is higher.

Phase: Manufacturing/Site Work (after 40% period of work and % decide by HCIPPL)

If the project cancellation request is received after time period of 40% project, then no refund will be provided or customer shall be obligated to pay the balance of project value.

HCIPPL shall deduct all booking amount or 10% of project value whichever is higher.
If cancellation request received after starting the site work.
No Refund will be provided /Customer shall be obligated to pay the balance of project Value if wooden work on progress in factory.
