Terms & Conditions
Following are some points to keep in mind:
- The name used for documentation ref client name should be registered with providing necessary documents(Adhar / PAN) Or GST number in case of B2B. The billing details will be the same as per the documents shared no change can be considered afterwards.
- For the placement of orders with (HCI), the quotation value must meet or exceed a minimum threshold of INR 500,000. Quotations below this specified value shall not be processed or considered for further action.
- The final value of the quotation shall be subject to variation based on actual site conditions and shall be determined during the design phase. The definitive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) value will be established only after obtaining and verifying final measurements from the site.
- High Creation Interior (HCI) shall assign a Project Manager/Site Engineer and a Designer to coordinate with the Customer at the Project Site. The Customer shall communicate with the Project Manager/Site Engineer regarding the status of work-in-progress and with the Designer for any design-related matters.
- The Project Manager shall ensure compliance with labor laws, specifically that no laborers or workers below the age of 18 years are engaged, whether employed directly by the Project Manager/Site Engineer or any Vendor. Furthermore, the Project Manager shall ensure that no workers or persons engaged at the Project Site are under the influence of inappropriate substances or activities while performing their duties.
- (HCI) shall undertake designing and detailing work strictly as outlined in the approved quotation. Any additional designing work requested outside the scope of the quotation shall be subject to additional charges. Furthermore, if any item is canceled after the design work for that item has been completed, the associated design costs shall be chargeable to the Customer.
- The final quotation for the project shall be determined based on actual measurements, scope of work, and any changes in design, materials, or finishes. Consequently, the quotation amount may vary in accordance with these revisions.
- In the case of additional product selections or an expanded scope of work beyond the initial quotation, the costs may increase significantly and will be treated as separate from the original quotation.
- Any additional work beyond the first Bill of Quantities (BOQ) shall be chargeable upon approval by the Customer and must be paid at the time of approval. If the final project value is less than the initial BOQ value, the balance amount shall be adjusted in the last payment installment.
The Quotation is valid for 3 months from the day of closing the deal, afterwards the quote value may vary as per the current rates.
The payment schedule is made as per customers quotation & work requirements
- First Installment – 10% of the quote value is paid at the time of order booking.
- Second Installment – 10% of the quote value, which is payable at the time of designer visit.
- Third Installment – 40% of the quote value, which is payable at the time before starting of site work (if civil work is there) or to be paid at the time of validation/before starting of factory (if only modular/wooden work is there in the quotation) work.
- Fourth/Final Installment – Remaining 40% of the quote value, payable before the dispatch of material from the factory.
If the quotation contains civil work it is further divided into 2 installments 20% to be paid before site validation/starting of factory work & remaining 20% to be paid before the dispatch of modular from the factory.
Cash payment of up to Rs.199,999/- is acceptable by HCI with PAN card belonging to the customer only on whose name the order is booked
Orders cannot be split to accommodate additional cash from a customer.
In case if the final installment is not paid by the Customer within the time stipulated (for dispatch) by the team in email sent to the Customer, The customer will be charged a daily demurrage rate of INR 2000, commencing on the third day that the installment is overdue and lasting until the full payment is made
If, unknowingly, there is any calculation mistake occurred in Quotation, then it will be rectified under the concept E.&O.E.
HCI recommends that the customer should give paint order to us in case if paint work is not in the work requirement the civil work which is carried out on-site, including false ceilings, electrical installations, plumbing etc, it’s natural for hand marks and scratches to occur. We recommend applying a final coat of paint once all interior work is finished.
Hanover Date will be calculated & informed to the customer from the date of completion of the following requirements:
- All the designs / drawings should be finalized and approved by the client including selection of all the material/paint/wallpaper etc.
- The payment for the factory work should have been cleared by the customer on time.
- The customer’s site is in a condition that meets the requirements of validation/installation.
Handover Process of the site will be conducted before Cleaning or Deep Cleaning (as mentioned in Quotation). Hence, Cleaning/Deep Cleaning will be done only after completing the Process of Handover of the Project/ Order. Then the same day or maximum 2-3 days, depending upon the situation, the Customer, Project Manager or Designer together will check the Site properly; will make a Snag List of minor maintenance points, if any. Minor maintenance work as per Snag List would be completed within the next 12-15 days accordingly. If due to any reason, the Customer doesn’t complete the Process of Handover of the Project, then, it will be assumed that Site has been handed over to the customer if all the material has been delivered to the customer as per quotation.
As per the Policy of HCI, Company does not allow/advise/permit to perform the Renovation/Interior work during the physical existence of Customer or their family member in captioned house/Project Site. If a customer wants to execute/complete their renovation/Interior work while residing at site, then, in case of any damage of their personal belongings or delay in execution of site, HCI will not be responsible for any compensation of any Claim. Hence, it is suggested to Customer to take care of their Personal Belongings and try to not to intervene in execution of work is being performed by HCI.
In the event that HCI does not complete the Customer’s project within the designated delivery date as stipulated in these terms and conditions, HCI shall provide the Customer with compensation amounting to Rs. 500 per day for each day of delay. This compensation is contingent upon the fulfillment of all pre-conditions necessary for claiming the handover. For further information, please refer to the “Pre-conditions for Delivery date” section below.
The delivery date cannot be applicable in the following conditions :
Customer or Builder Scope of Work:
- Granite supply or installation
- Tiles
- CP fittings
- Any work carried out by the customer/builder, on their own.
Site Restrictions:
- Work timing/days restrictions at the site
- If the Customer does not have full possession of the site
Design Changes/additional scope of work:
- Any alterations to designs cannot change after the validation has been done.
- Any work added after the dispatch of furniture or sent in production.
Customer Presence:
- If the Customer is residing on-site during work being done
Execution Hindrances:
- Issues such as power outages, water supply non-working lifts, or lack of permissions from the builder
Force Natural Events:
- Events beyond HCI’s control, including natural disasters, environmental issues, wars, pandemics, or government actions
Deep Scratches/shade variation:
Deep scratches on shutters that appear after the protective liners are removed will be replaced if they cannot be polished out. However, this replacement is not covered under the Delivery Guarantee.
Shade variations for the same color finish will be replaced free of charge however, these replacements are not included in the Delivery Guarantee.
High-Value Woodwork:
If the woodwork component of the quote is INR 15 lakhs or higher, the Delivery Guarantee will not be applicable because of the extensive volume of work required.
Availability of Access:
If customer is having access to use things and can use them properly or with manners
When the work is 95% completed and remaining 5% is left then it will be considered as Snag at Site.
Delay penalty will be applicable only after receipt of 100% Payment from Client.

Project Cancellation Policy (Terms & Condition for Cancellation of Project / Site)
- “High Creation Interior Projects Pvt. Ltd” (HC Interior) engaged in the Business of Home Renovation for Residential Projects. HC Interior sends Formal Quotation: Annexure – A as per their requirement.
If Customer cancels the Project vide written communication within 48 Hours after making the Payment of Booking Amount to HCI, then Customer will be eligible for getting Refund of full amount of Payment made.
In the event the Customer cancels the project after 48 hours from the date of order confirmation, High Creation Interior (HCI) shall be entitled to deduct consultancy charges at the rate of 5% of the open project/order value from the payment made by the Customer. The Customer shall be eligible to receive a refund of the remaining balance (after deducting 5% of the latest project value), subject to site measurement and designer allocation for the site.
If a designer has been assigned to the site or site measurement has been conducted, the Customer shall not be eligible for a refund of any amount from the booking amount or 10% of the project value, whichever is higher. Additionally, any design consultancy charges, if applicable, shall be claimed separately from the Customer.
Point No – 1,2,3 as mentioned above will also be applicable in Partial Cancellation.
- Partial Cancellation / Changes in Volume of work:
(i) If, Project or Designing process is started and then Customer wants to remove the items as per BOQ Finalized initially, if its value goes beyond 15% of total Project Value, then High Creation Interior will have the right to change the discount percentage allowed initially. It means, discount/Rebate percentage will be revised on Balance Amount, but in any case, Project Value will not decrease less than 5 Lacs.
(ii) If, Project or Designing process is started and then Customer cancel the Project then whatever work has been started in Production and on Site, will be on fully chargeable basis and including “Designing Consultancy Charges @ 20% of the line item or product value” and NO discount would be applicable in such cases, even, if it is already allowed in Quote. In this case, advance amount received @10% will be considered separately.
(iii) If any measurement is required to be done, then it will be done only on or before Final Billing. If measurement is done after final billing, then it will be based on Present /Latest price at that time and if there is any extra work/cost is incurred towards 3D & Designs Changes, then new team will be allotted, re-measurement will be done & Last BOQ is stand cancelled. Now, “Designing Consultancy Charges @ 20% of the line item or product value” which were not considered earlier in Original Quotes, Now, HC Interior will have the right to charge separately and it will be recovered from the payment done. If it beyond than payment made then it will be charged from the Customer separately.
Customer Conduct
HCI is committed to providing a respectful and safe environment for its representatives. Discrimination based on sex, race, religion, caste, origin, disability, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other legally protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
Customers must treat all representatives with respect and provide a safe and compliant location for services at the project site. HCI reserves the right to refuse services if the Customer fails to comply with these standards, behaves in a discourteous or abusive manner, or does not provide a safe environment. Non-compliance may lead to delays, affecting the timeline of the Delivery Guarantee, which will not be considered a breach by HCI. Any resulting delays or losses will be considered a breach by the Customer under the Works Contract or Quotation.
If a representative behaves inappropriately or violates the law, the Customer must report the incident with valid proof to care@hcinterior.in and legal@hcinterior.in within 48 hours.
Customers are advised to maintain all communications with representatives in writing via official email and include the designated point of contact, if applicable.
